The introduction of video conferencing is aimed to reduce the company’s carbon footprint and create significant savings in travel costs.

The prestigious boardroom at Edinburgh is one of a number of rooms that we equipped with an easy-to-operate Polycom VSX7000 video conferencing system, integrated with state-of-the art Saville presentation facilities. The main display features dual 60” NEC plasma screens with built-in speakers and an AMX control system, operated from a cordless AMX touch panel.

The system incorporates multiple computer inputs, video/DVD source player and two additional trolley-mounted 40” LCD displays as repeater screens when the room is fully utilised. The bespoke equipment rack is fitted inside a veneered credenza unit, hand finished to blend with the room’s panelling.
