Project timeline

Working closely with you, your architects or designers and the Saville installation team, it is the role of the Project Manager to plan, coordinate and manage each stage of the project. They will brief an experienced and professionally qualified  team of installation engineers who will then be assigned to handle the implementation process - from the initial consultation and design phase right through to completion. The project team is closely supported by a dedicated administrative Project Support co-ordinator.

The Project Manager will ensure that each stage of the project is completed on time and within budget and that the quality and performance standards of the finished solution meet or exceed your expectations.

The standard project management package includes:
