Saville Audio Visual has restructured its sales team and deployed two of its most experienced technical managers to service the BAE SYSTEMS account in the south and the north of England. Each with over ten years experience of handling military audio visual projects as part of Saville's ongoing contract with MOD, Dave Mason and Dave Mothersdale are now available to advise and assist with all aspects of AV systems integration, equipment sales and product training.

Joined Saville in 1995 from HTV television where he was outside broadcast and conference production manager. Key account manager for Saville MOD contract for the past 10 years, which also encompasses all other Government departments. Dave is also an advisor to UK Special Forces, dealing with all aspects of AV equipment and installation projects from portable equipment to bespoke command & control centres. Outside UK has managed projects in Germany, Goose Bay Canada, MPA Falklands, Cyprus and Gibraltar.

Dave Mothersdale - Audio Visual Installation specialist

Twenty years AV experience with Saville, including six years as Senior Hire Technician and three years In Apple Mac sales. Took on joint key account manager's role for MOD contract from 1996. In UK, he covers the north of England and Scotland to Saxa Vord, plus overseas installations including Cyprus, Germany, Ascension Island and the Falklands. Dave is CTS qualified within the global Infocomm industry training scheme and he is also 'Train the Trainer' qualified. He has developed a range of audio visual training courses, which he organises and presents for RAF, Army & Navy personnel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ordering Process

Products on the Saville Exostar site are standardised for use within BAE SYSTEMS to be compatible with equipment on site and fit for purpose. The range is regularly reviewed to reflect changes in technology and supported by nationwide repair, maintenance and equipment hire services at very competitive prices.

All orders must show the CPC cardholders details, expiry date and cost collection number. Card Holders must have an adequate authorized transaction limit before raising an order. All CPC orders over £10k will attract a 2.5% handling charge. (Saville AV will waive the 2.5% for all orders under £10K)

Orders will be delivered within 5 working days. Stand-alone equipment orders made before 2.00pm would normally be dispatched direct from our central stores at York for next day delivery in the UK as we already keep stock for BAE SYSTEMS in separate warehouse for immediate supply.

We offer free on-site training and advice, and free site survey and consultation for installation of equipment. Saville Account managers will also be happy to organise on-site product displays and updates, with the support of appropriate equipment manufacturers. Any items damaged in transit or DOA must be reported within 24 hours direct to Emma Campbell as above.

All items come with at least 12 months manufacturer's warranty. Sanyo LCD units come with 2 years return to base warranty for parts and labour. Extended maintenance contracts which include loan units for LCD can be purchased at time of order for £395 ex vat, which gives 3 years cover and loan unit.

Panaboards will be delivered and installed direct from the distributor. They will contact the end user direct to arrange a convenient time to install.
