Avenue for Conferences & Events contracted Saville to provide the stage set and full AV facilities for the daytime sessions at the Interwoven European GearUp conference. The graphics on the impressive 27m wide stage set were then quickly changed in time for a James Bond themed gala dinner. Twin rear projection screens were used to show film clips and live video footage of the entertainment with the centre stage being used as a platform for the DJ booth. We provided a range of James Bond style moving gobos and LED lighting effects to enhance the room dressing.
