We were contracted by Avenue for Conferences & Events to provide the stage set and audio visual facilities for the Interwoven GearUp 2007 conference, held for over 500 delegates and partners and featuring keynote presentations from a powerful line-up of thought leaders and industry experts. The event was recorded for archiving and distribution using Mediasite. We also supplied smaller stage sets and facilities for breakout rooms and managed the pre event conferences, exhibition pods in the partner pavilion and projection and signage for the accompanying exhibition. The event also included a James Bond themed dinner presentation.
