In 2007, Saville won a three year framework agreement to provide staging and AV facilities for the Audit Commission's programme of internal and external conferences and events. Facilities are also provided for road shows to launch relevant new government initiatives and legislation. We provided the staging and facilities for the National Senior Managers Conference, including stage sets, equipment and crews in three main rooms plus a number of breakout rooms. Equipment comprised projection and sound systems and an on-site video production unit with camera operators. At some of the conferences, we also provide exhibition services and AV display equipment, including plasma screens, source players, PA facilities and shell scheme systems.
