RoomWizard is a web-based signage system for scheduling meeting rooms and other shared spaces. Book a room from any networked computer or use the high definition touch-screen to reserve a room for an impromptu meeting.

Simply power up, connect to your network and RoomWizard signs create a system ready to manage your rooms. Each sign displays its room’s schedule - times, topics, meeting hosts and more. Now you can see when the next meeting will start so you can wrap up yours on time and eliminate conflicts.

Bright red and green lights signal room availability from a distance - helping you find a space quickly and avoiding interruptions to other people’s meetings. The reporting function captures occupancy patterns to help your planning and the system works alone or in sync with software such as Microsoft Outlook.
