We supplied a two-way beyerdynamic audio system for teaching surgical techniques at the Lancashire Cardiac Centre. Part of an interactive video system, the in-ear monitor/microphone enables surgeons to describe procedures to trainee doctors in the lecture theatre, watching images from cameras built into the lighting heads. The surgeon can also hear and respond to questions from the students.

The Disability Discrimination Act has focused attention on the need to provide facilities for people with hearing difficulties in all public buildings.
We incorporate Induction Loop Audio systems into many AV installations and we’ll be happy to provide advice.
