In the HBOS boardroom at Bristol, we designed and installed an audio system to provide superbly clear speech reproduction from all delegates during videoconference meetings, together with excellent distribution of screen sound.
Eight beyerdynamic MPC-65V boundary mics are built into the table and routed to a Biamp Nexia digital sound processor, with levels controlled automatically via acoustic echo cancelling inputs. The processor mixes, balances and splits the output from speech and DVD or video sound between the twin wall speakers, an array of ceiling speakers and the Tandberg 3000 videoconferencing codec.
