The Group sets the highest quality standards for its management, training and communication facilities and entrusted Saville with the provision of state of the art presentation facilities at its headquarters at Coalville. We specified and installed a complete range of projection, audio and interactive technology, including integrated control systems in the boardroom, presentation area, meeting room and training suite.
Discreetly mounted digital signage screens were also installed in the reception areas. These are each fed by a centrally managed Cayin SMP-WEB4 digital signage system. Twelve rooms with varied AV requirements and specifications were equipped in total.
Here we supplied a ceiling mounted Sanyo projector with programme sound speakers and a ceiling recessed motorised 2.2m screen. A rack containing audio and control equipment is mounted in a bespoke Saville credenza which was finished to match the existing cabinets in the room. The system incorporates a Saville Pegasus control system with a wireless colour touch panel and hard of hearing loop system.
DDA requirements are positively acknowledged at EMHG - here the facilities include an induction loop audio system for use by participants wearing hearing aids. The audio visual system includes projector, screen and audio playback system.
Presentation
RoomA versatile, open area able to be used for larger audiences and events. The system includes a high powered projector, voice reinforcement system with induction loop audio, motorised electric screen, lectern and a bespoke Saville rack cabinet. Multiple AV points for the mobile lectern add further flexibility.
IT Training
RoomA neat, versatile system featuring ceiling mounted projector, retractable screen and audio playback system with interactive control from a Smart Sympodium touch screen panel. A wall-mounted gliding rail system enables flipcharts and writing boards to be conveniently accommodated.
