Wirral Hospital Trust provides a wide range of professional training opportunities, with excellent new facilities at Arrowe Park Hospital. Saville won the contract to equip a new Clinical Simulation Suite with a video monitoring and observation system. This enables all professions to work through scenarios as a team, with the help of actual patients in some cases.

A network of remotely-operated video cameras and microphones is discreetly mounted in the ward area, with an adjacent room equipped as a control centre and edit suite. Trainers are able to monitor and record practical training exercises for review and discussion, using the control, recording and editing facilities fitted in the control room. The material can also be used to compile training programmes for general distribution or for use in distance learning projects.
